A very relaxing family holiday in Lombok

We were finishing up 2 months of traveling through Asia and needed a relaxing and recharging family holiday. The Novotel delivered and then some. We loved our stay here. The room was 2 connecting rooms offering our family of 5 plenty of space and privacy. The beds were very comfortable, everything worked as it should have in The rooms. The wifi throughout the property was excellent. The resort amenities were perfect for us. Our kids spent lots of time in the pools while the adults enjoyed relaxing under the beachfront cabana. We loved the breakfast which was very extensive and included in our room. We ended up enjoying lunches and dinners at the restaurant too. Transportation to and from Kuta and around for surfing was very easy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. We don’t want to leave. The property is older but well maintained. We were all sad when our one week stay ended.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, it was a great base from which to explore and Erna and ALL her colleagues were all exceptional and so friendly. The location is gorgeous, the service amazing all round and a perfect place for relaxing. The hotel subtly offers activities (we didn’t take any up as we enjoyed the stunning beaches and island in general) and all the children there seemed very happy too. We can’t wait to go back, it was really lovely.

Have been staying here for four days and can not mention one thing that was bad. The checkin with Mila was friendly and professional. The beach and swimmingpool were excellent. Towels were provided. Big clean beach. All staff were friendly. Mila the lady at the desk helped me very well.

Beautiful resort with lots to do, including beautiful pools , it were terrific. They accommodated our needs during the stay. The pools is the best. Thanks for a relaxing family vacation!
